Love this place, the decor, the service the salads and desserts… Exceptional. I have been there 3 times in a week

Another go-to spot in Yerevan. Food is good, drinks are good, and desserts are amazing. It’s usually quite crowded in the evenings but still always a favorite! It’s a huge establishment with fountains and multiple areas where the cafe is. It is a very popular and renowned place! Service is always perfect here; they always do little extra things to make sure you are comfortable. Definitely check it out if you’ve never been!

As a spoiled New Yorker who has traveled widely and dined at many of the world’s best restaurants, I rarely find a place that truly moves me. Seasons Sweet Land in Yerevan did exactly that. It’s more than a restaurant. It’s an experience that stays with you. The food is absolutely incredible. Every dish is flavorful, fresh, and made with care. Their mille-feuille deserves a special mention. It is heavenly. Crisp, delicate layers with the right amount of cream. It might be the best I’ve ever had. The interior is elegant and calming, with just the right balance of style and comfort. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the people. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You feel seen, welcomed, and cared for from the moment you arrive. I brought my mom here for her 70th birthday breakfast. I quietly asked the staff if they could make it feel a little special. What they created was one of the most beautiful moments we’ve shared. It was sincere, joyful, and filled with love. My mom was glowing and I will always be grateful for that morning. There are so many things I love about this place. It has become one of the few restaurants in the world I long to return to again and again.

The cafe works from 9am, which is super nice (we needed an early breakfast). Our waiter was wonderful, the dishes were severed quickly and they were delicious. The cakes are just incredible. The food is a bit pricey, but it's worth the money. Highly recommended!

Great service, everytime I go! Especially at the bakery section, everyone is extremely professional and lovely, but there is this particular lady called Hasmik, she’s quite petite, wears 50s style eyeglasses… she’s one of the most elegant and sweet ladies I’ve ever met! She always gives the best advice on what to choose too, I highly recommend her Even here in the UK service isn’t as good! Thank you Hasmik and thank you Seasons!

We spent nearly a week in Yerevan for our holiday, and there wasn't a single day when we didn't visit this restaurant/coffee shop. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the delectable food, were all exceptional. It is a must-visit place when in Yerevan! P.S. I would like to express my gratitude for the delightful birthday surprise, the amazing treats, and the cheerful staff. You truly made my day. Thank you!

The deserts are beautiful looking and tasty. One interesting observation is although they have empty tables they would claim they don’t have seats but eventually find a table.

One of the best desert places in Yerevan. The cakes by order are also delicious, the dough is not dry and serves the guests well.
